Hi Tata Play team,
It has been very problematic and deceitful last one hour for me as Tata play executive calls me ask me to recharge for the deactivated set top box for the same package as I was having earlier (except Marathi) with specific amount of 7368 INR she asked me to recharge with some extra rupees so I did it with 7369 INR , when I cross checked with her how it has been reduced from INR 778 monthly to 7369 INR annually so she said the package has been updated and prices has been reduced I double checked with her as this call is getting recorded she says, yes I know that very well.
She asked me to recharge on call so that she can update the annual recharge benefit of free one month instantly, I did the same.
She said she will call me back tomorrow to confirm whether I am able to watch all the channels as earlier (except Marathi).
Now when I am in front of my TV I am not able to see lot of earlier Channels nearly 25 less HD channels no Kids HD or normal channel and only 3 sports channel this is very annoying and disgusting.
When I immediately called the customer care for the issue she said she has taken the complain and will respond till 20 March ‘23.
I want the same set of channels as its clear case of cheating and misinformation by the Tata play. I want the solution asap.
