My Name is Abhimanyu Patil and I had taken loan from Hero Fincorp in Feb 2022.During sanction agreement and in the welcome letter it is clearly mentioned that the Rate of Interest is 17.75%.While signing they told me Rs16194 /- EMI for 60 months.I didn’t check the whole calculation but now when I came for foreclosure letter it is observed that Hero Fincorp agents inform you that 18% will be charged and while EMI are deducted at 25%.This is clearly fraud case and breach of trust by Hero Fincorp.Now after communication with Hero Fincorp nobody is responding.
