I have requested for separation of my add on number 7300724441 as per information provided by customer care. It did not happen in 4 hours then they recommended me to lodge disconnection request and it will be done in 8 days. But now they are telling it will take another 15 days for disconnection. I am travelling abroad and I want to change this number to prepaid. I don’t have time now to wait till 20 jun. Pls do it.
