We had booked 3 tickets from Delhi to Istanbul on 16/10/20 by British Airways with Make my trip. PNR- WNGUC3/ WM24W8/ WN72B4.
At the time of booking, make my trip told us that no transit visa is required in London where we have to change the aircraft.
Because assurance was given by Make my trip, for which we asked to send mail and they agreed to send us mail. We reminded them 3 times and they said mail will be sent, but no mail was sent. We recorded his voice and we have voice recording.
British Airways refused us to board the flight as we do not have transit visa. From that day 16/10/2020, we are in Delhi and incurred so much expenses. Now they have our money. Make my trip managed to give us credit voucher, that same airlines have to use and same customer, but different route can be used. Now British airways flights are all going to London and because of lockdown we can’t take transit visa. Request you to kindly help us to get our refund as soon as possible.
We have sent so many complain letters but nobody is replying and they are sending one link which is not showing our booking.
We called them and spoke to customer care, and they are saying booking is not there.
Then we realised booking is there with goibibo. Tickets are issued make my trip and with goibibo? Then we were told make my trip and goibibo has merged.
Please help us to get refund at the earliest.
