Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I had taken an Act 4k device in March and I called to cancel the subscription in April. I was promised that it is taken care of but since there was a lockdown they will collect the device later. To my surprise they charged me again in April. Post that I contacted them multiple times to be given different answers. One of the agent infact told me that since they were unable to collect the device I’ll be charged and hung up on me. I emailed the appellate authority who replied stating that it was forwarded to the concerned team but the next message I got was that my issue was addressed and ticket was closed. I have their call recording where they have promised to refund money in 72 hours

Refund the excess money and compensate for the mental stress
