I had an order from St. Botanica with order no. 1699513052 & AWB No. 152726680483239 on COD. Delivery of the order is expected on 13th No., on occasion of Diwali, on that day I just got a single call from delivery boy & I called him back but then he was in other location so I asked him to deliver my order on next day, but on next day I havn’t received any call then I called again to asking bout my order but still got no positive response. next day I got message from expressbees on WhatsApp regarding order status & contact no.(8569950714) of delivery boy. I called him, then he rudely talked to me & asked me to forget about my parcel, he won’t deliver this parcel at al. On asking the reason he gave the same reply in more rude way. I called on expressbees customer care but still got no response from them.
