I am pissed off with the customer support of Club Factory over the call, chat, and email.
I accidentally uninstalled the app on my phone, and when I installed it again, it doesn’t show the balance I have in my account.
I have contacted support over the chat, email. They gave a lame excuse as log in with the “Google_user_******”
How can I login with google users when the website only gives the option to log in with email or phone number?
When I log in with the phone number and email address I have- it doesn’t show my balance.
I want a solution not lame excuses to which is not applicable and practical.
