Hi Team,

 

I am writing this mail on a very serious note, that airtel has misguiding the customer and making them fool for recharging 98 plan of data . As they mentioned it is valid till current plan validity but the validity is only 28 days.

 

Please get back with a solution as I had already talked with your senior representative and they are not listening and they are not mentioning it clearly as it is no where written that it is valid for 28 days.
