- when I took the jio fibre connection, at that time I was informed and assured that any complaint will be resolved within 1 hour.
- I was told that, you just raise complaint on jio cust care, and immediately inform me and I will resolve the complaint timely.
- But now the situation is absolutely different, I have been given time of 24 hours.
- After passing 6 hours the complaint had not even been allotted to the engineer, which I have confirmed from him.
- My all phones, computer, laptop are useless now.
- Had they told me that complaint resolution time is 24 hours, I would have not taken the plan in which all devices are dependent on jio.
- It is a fraud, being knowingly wrong information provided to grab the customer.
- It is illegal being this important information was not given to me at the time of agreement.
- Kindly do the needful.
