I have been 2 times to Jio store at Durgapuri Chowk Shahdara Delhi 110094. Both the times for different purpose once to convert my sim in e-sim and recently to get duplicate sim for my another number as i lost that one. But every time employees at store gives same excuse to every one that this cant be done here as they are short of sim for issuing duplicate one. They are selling only new connections for which they have sim just want to meet their targets but they dont feel their any responsibility to provide other services too. Very disapointed with this store, is this possible to get new connection every time? Please do needfull and keep view on your stores . Thanks
