Respected Concern,

Am the genuine customer or Air-tel was brought my 1st number in the year 1999 since then to till now am regularly using  Air-tel services.

about my repayment there were purposely Aut pay option had been selected withing which i had payed More than 5,000 bill amount in few instance as most of the time i use to travel inter city and post continuous follow up from Airtel  service Provider they give me additional two Number  and convert my plan to family plan.

regarding the issue and trouble which am facing since Last 4 Day with Airtel is i want to switch my service provider for which i tried to raise request 1st from online application but same is not facilitating and asking to visit your nearest service center

when i reach to service center  and share the request reason and ask to tell process to Do so

Service Executive 1st asked to pay 700 Rs in advance which i Do immediately even i asked my bill cycle is 21 what should i suppose to exactly Do he was not reacted and ask to just to payment .

once payment they hold me more than 30 min and no buddy is ready to tell me what happening . when i further ask what is the status of my portability and what would be the process they said just go to home your request will be taken care

i raise doubt and asked pls. share the request Id which was you rasied they said we cant give you that is our internal  then i asked to share the mail /update in app the said once it done same will be resolve , i asked when i will get this conformation and How they just said it will take a time

i was not received any clarity in what they are trying to said hence i spoke with store in-charge she said we cant process other circle  request you need to check this from online

i said if it was the reason then why you guys told me this at very 1st time and take me 700Rs in advance and now you are not taking request one person is speaking  one thing and another is one

this was pathetic experience from Nagpur service center address mentioned bellow

i am struggling to port my number but staff are not cooperating what i experience from this instance they are not well trained neither they know what is exact process to follow

how many such customer are coming in a day i Dont  know exactly but most of the people from that store are leave without resolution

my request is to Support to Port out i dont want to Continue service with such provider Nowmore & take serious action against such Misguiding and Manipulating staff
