I booked my faisal mover business class ticket from Isb to Multan. They offered me that the bus to Kot Addu have Multan stop and i will arrive Multan first than bus will go for its final destination. After boarding bus, i came to know that they are not taking motorway route and we will be going through Mian wali GT Road. This is frustating espaecially when travelling at night. The route is not safe and comfortable. The company is ignorant and reluctant to address the issues although the bus fare is increased. There must be strict action against Faisal Movers for misguiding, re routing without customer knowledge and endagering their lives.
