Refund my money- I dont want misguided services

I paid for the premium services today 19 May 2023 to shine.com then they said Relationship manager will call you. same day today while having call he asked me to pay 7197. i asked him is the final amount i have to pay? as i cannot afford more than this amount. he said yes. he said without this transaction further process cannot be completed. i said you have not told me before about this additional amount, i told him that i cannot afford this much money for searching the job. i really felt cheated. I told him to cancel my service which i just opted for and refund my money. He said there is no refund option and was very rude during the conversation.
they should have told us clearly the amount breakup and services properly and not misguide. this is really bad experience. I request to take some action on shine.com for misguiding the normal people and request to refund my money.
