I am using airtel app for my offer queries. I was misguided by an offer in the airtel app. It showed Rs 558 = All India Unlimited calls including Roaming along with 3GB/day+Extra 5GB data. But I had only credited daily 3GB data. When i asked their Customer agent they misguided me by giving wrong information that they have showed their Terms and conditions of the offer in the app itself. But i couldn’t find any. I have call refference number. When i asked to register my complaint, they ignored it. Customer care agent name Elvin, Senior agent.
