Text of Complaint by Prem DSouza:

I had purchased gift card in 27/28 Feb 2021. Due to COVID wave 2 and restaurants lockdown, I couldn’t use it. In July I called customer care and they told me they will extend and I need to call them post expiry. I kept calling them all this while multiple times and they keep telling me that it would be extended. Only now in October they said they cannot extend.

If they hadn’t misguided me right from July, I would have consumed it somehow in August.
