purchased Jio Fiber on 4th April and paid for 6 months for ₹2824 and the company said that the if you don’t like your money will be refunded after one month. And I told to jio employee that I will be relocating in next two month in the same area and he said no problem. Now I’m trying to relocate the Jio fiber but the near all port is full. And they will not refund money if I cancel the subscription because they are saying that policy has been changed. I was promised that customer can cancel the subscription after one months use. But now they are denying.
