I purchased one IQOO 9 Pro mobile from Amazon.
The price for product is 65000… Amazone offered me 3 discount to purchase this product. 1- bank discount/no cost EMI discount.2- Credit Card offer/8000rs discount by using standard chartered Bank credit card.3- Exchange offer/Exchange value 1840rs +with additional exchange discount worth 4000rs.
The product i found faulty and I replaced it with same model on time…but, which product i received by replace it’s also faulty or not as described.So, i request to Amazon for return and refund process.
They refund my amount exept 4000 of additional exchange offer amount which i confirmed before request of return and refund process from Amazon customer care executive.
So, i called today in Amazon customer care and with ling discussion they are agreed that their employee given wrong information about refund process.but, they not able to refund 4000rs.
I also agreed that they sent a mail to me about this term of return and refund process.
But, my concern is that before i request return and refund process i called to Amazon customer care and their employee given me wrong information and after al discussion i agreed to get refund and return their product.
If their employee not gave me wrong information i will choos or select other options instead of return and refund process.
