Dear sir,
I had received a call from shine .com and informed we are going to provide job opportunities and charged basic fee 2005 rupees. After another person called and said I am a relation manager name Shiva and saying what courses is required we know for you, you don’t know anything and asking for payment for next step.
He repeated continuously and asking the money. I said the services and certification you are providing which is not relevant for me. He said we know what to do .. and looted the money and saying no refund policy.
He never informed no refund policy no documents at all. I didn’t informed any where. Now he is not even responding no proper resolutions made. I have sent lot a mail and called they are not even care.
Please do needful help me to get the money
