I am Rajaram Meena. I had taken byjus tablet recorded lecture learning program for my son on date 17 October 2021. For class 10 to 12 JEE. Till now I have given 85000 rupees to Byjus through EMI. My son could understand only up to 10 in it. When he started studying in class 11, he did not understand anything. When he called mentor for course cancellation, mentor did not talk to him, company is refusing for course cancellation. We have not been able to get the facility which was given to us by speaking.You are humbly requested to help us in getting the course cancellation done.
