I havecalled the jio fiber executive at my home place for plan understanding and he give me brief for all plans..in which I have asked for 699 plan,he told me that u will get all the tv channels in this plan.he provide me the channel list also..I have paid 2500 for the connection .one month is free from the jio fiber company..I have operated all the tv channels and when I recharge for second month I called the executive for the recharge for the 699 plan he told ok sir u may do it..after doing it I have noticed neither of the tv channels operating,i called the executive he told me that sir now tv channels will come in 999 plan..now he saying that sir appke area mein nahi aa rahe baaki aa rahe hai..wats this,he misguide me at the time of connection because i refused for 999 plan that I can’t afford 999 plan si he misguide that u will take 699 plan u will see all the tv channels..I have asked the executive and the boss for this misguide now they r refusing for all ..I have the watsapp chat as the proof..
