Spoken to the Airtel Customare Care Executive regarding a new connection (Prepaid) and as per the option choosen “Door step delivery”, Shared all the details with location for sim delivery. As they promise within 2 hours it will delivered before they will call .
I have waited 3 more hours , Total -6 hours to get the sim card.
but didn’t received .
When i call to Customare Care Mr.Wasim said he cnt help it out go to nearest store. before i finished he cut the call.
IS THIS THE SUPPORT TO PROVIDE TO A CUSTOMARE , I AM OLD CUSTOMARE FOR AIRTEL. THIS KIND OF SUPPORT FORCING ME TO GO FOR OTHER PROVIDER.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WASTAGE OF MY TIME . WHO GONA PAY FOR IT.
