Text of Complaint by Sunny chauhan:

I applied for new broadband connection as my son needed to attend online classes.so I chose airtel.it was expensive but chose it hoping for quick service.they committed that the connection will be active in one day.so I paid three months fees in advance.but now its been more than a week but they are not replying and not answering calls.my son is missing online classes because of that.we have been harassed by them.not refunding fees paid in advance as well.new connection was activated in my neighborhood but not my home although I applied before my neighbour. This is mere harassment. I waited for them and didn’t applied for any other connection but they are not doing anything.
