I have been called by the Ghar pe shiksha offering to be their online educator. They assures me of giving certain number of students after purchasing a subscription of rupees 3500. After payment of the agreed amount, I have not received any of the students nor they tried to contact me. Now after requesting for refund they seems not to cooperate with me.
I am struggling a lot with my financial status. As per the Indian contract act, 1872,it cannot be called as valid contract as they lacks in consideration.
