We have placed LG washing machine in amazon, Where the delivery agent called us and said we need to bring persons to lift down and carry the washing machine if not they will cancel the order. He didn’t even visited my place and from some other place he was calling us and throwing orders. Since its door step delivery we told him place it at the door step but he refused to do that and canceled my product. How can delivery agent can cancel my order stating we refused to take delivery? We immediately contacted customer care and asked them to talk with agent and make sure the delivery happens but customer care team was saying they cannot deliver the product since it was cancelled . I was wondered with out my intervention how can some one cancel my order and before canceling my approval should be need for basic cases.
