Iam a senior citizen customer and old customer of using this tata sky service I have recharge my tata sky account no in month of dec 6dec2020 twice amt rs215 they have given commitment that till1feb2021 I don’t need to recharge i have also given multiple request to take there bing fire stick but ko exec come to collect n nowbthey have adjusted that amt in that bing but have not avail the same.. Request you to kindly reverse my rs215 so that i can avail my tata sky service till 1feb2021.. Kindly take quick action
