Text of Complaint by Suresh Kumar:

Yesterday I got a call at around 1:00 pm from your call center agent Shally, she told me that my current month bill amount is 500 plus. But same will reduce as 350 monthly because I am valuable customer of TATA Sky. I asked her 3 times on the monthly bill amount and she confirmed me that the amount will be same as 350/-.

Now I checked the monthly bill amount today morning and I found that is showing 550. Hence I want clarification on the miscommunication from your side. Further its second time when you have miscommunicated to me.

I want to change my bill amount with as communicated by your call center agent.
