This is not a complaint.
I Thought the incident faced by me should come to your notice that your executives sitting in one of your customer service Center at Masoodpur Vasant Kunj, New Delhi…..they are not guiding properly to their customers who are visiting this centre. 3-4 months ago I ported my 03 no’s from Vodafone to airtel. I have taken 03 connections plus Dth scheme. Till now everything is going good but suddenly my previous operator Vodafone deactivated my no. When on Monday 16 Aug I visited ur Masoodpur Center, with the query why they deactivated my one of the no. At that time, your executive talked with some Vodafone executive and I came to know that due to non payment of previous dues they deactivated my number. Then I showed proof to ur airtel executive that 02 times I paid the same amount of outstanding also in Vodafone systems it was showing zero outstanding dues. As activation of that number is very important for me so I requested so much to ur airtel executives please help me to sort out this issue asap. As I m working in the healthcare industry that number is mentioned in most of the programs. And anyone can only operate these problems after verification of OTP no
And that OTP comes to that number only. I also requested your airtel executives that we have a very important launch fir which we have given a large amount and without getting OTP we can’t access. At that time they are very cooperative and they immediately submitted the request of reactivation if that number. They have done all the formalities and told me that now you can go and most probably your number will activate by evening. But you have to come to them again to collect the sim. They also said they will update me the status in the evening.
If I didn’t not recd any call from them then I rang up as I have urgency…at that time they said it will take some more time and it will start by tomorrow morning and also assured that they will update me
Next day again I didn’t recd the call from them. Then I again called them to check the status. Again they said it will take some more time by evening or positively by tomorrow morning it will activate. They will update me the exact status in the evening. Whole evening I waited for their call but they didn’t called.
Next day morning I again call at that time they said the concerned person is on leave on behalf of her I will check the status and call u back within 5 mins.
Again I waited and no calls recd from your airtel executive. In the afternoon I personally again visited Masoodpur airtel centre to check the status. At that time I came to know that the concerned person is in the field then one of the available executive called him to check the status.
At that time they said there has been error while submitting your request and now again we have to put the request. At that time on Wednesday they have done all the formalities once again which was already done on Monday 16th aug.
At that time I was so much frustrated that last 03 days they are making me fool or even they don’t have courtesy to at least update me or follow up with the customers or at least informed the exact reason or status.
On Wednesday 18 aug after doing all formalities again
They said they will update me in the evening
As previously stated no calls has been recd and next day I again called airtel executive.
Now they r changing their statements saying me on phone that without receiving their call y u visited the centre.
As this is very important issue for me I have to follow after all I have too update my superiors
Most importantly if I do not visited they didn’t call me or have a courtesy to inform the customer that ur application needs to be submitted again
As we both are working in customer service industry and we have to give priority to our customers and try to resolve their problems asap.
Apart from this there has been no follow up from your executive and everytime pass on the wrong message. After all these frustrations today 18 aug in the afternoon I visited and discussed with them and suddenly the are changing their statements and start telling lie. When I shouted due to frustration they said we can’t entertain your query kindly go to any other customer service Center or launch a complaint in airtel customer service.
I just wanted to bring to ur notice last 04 days your executives passing wrong statements and there has been no follow up from their side. In last, they refused to entertain the customer queries.
If u opens ur customers care centre and u appointed ur executives to resolve customers queries. If they r not doing so that passing wrong information or miscommunication then y need to open Center
Everybody then call on the custermore care lines and raised or submit their queries there.
I humbly request you to kindly look into my problems. I urgently need of activation of my number
