This is with the reference to discontinuation of wifi services for number 01614604317 and a fresh connection application for 01614084317.
I had enquired with Mr. Harshpreet Singh (+91 9646464747, salesman) for yearly plan benefit for the same number (4604317).
He asked me to go for a new connection with yearly plan and disconnect the previous connection. In this way, I could use the second modem as booster at marginal cost of around 500 INR for wiring and get the yearly discount as well.
Firstly that 500 cost has now inflated to around 2000 INR which I had agreed to also. Secondly, even after agreeing to all his conditions, I am getting harassed from last one month.
Now, I have been following up with Mr. Harshpreet from last one month and he is not even answering my calls. This is a mental harassment case where a service person has got his target of new connection without even thinking of the customer.
Service Request Number: SR116095190. None of 121, Nodal and Appelate team has reverted from last 10 days of filing the complaint.
