We’d availed sundirect DTH connection two months ago and we’ve service warranty for about a year. Now there’s connection problem since yesterday and we’ve registered multiple complaints with customer care for no use. Though we’ve warranty for about a year, they’re blackmailing for service charge, without which they threatened us not to provide any service.
