Text of Complaint by Kushagra Agarwal:

I received a call for the recharge of my postpaid number but I was not willing to recharge the same. But the executive on the other side, Dipali Hazarika from Airtel Office, Six Mile, Guwahati misbehaved very badly with me and my mother and also told us that we are not even so standardised to get a mobile number.
