Text of Complaint by Shiksha:

The reason of complain is that their staff who is a lady and she don’t know how to talk and behave with a customer. This is I am saying because today when I am coming out of a V mart it’s sensor is making sound and I don’t have a thing with me and she was talking like that I am making a problem but the fault was their own why their staff don’t put proper tag on their stuffs. So today I have made sure that they all apologise to their fault for not putting thing properly and for their behaviour also but that not enough for I want to take action for it. I am a honest customer and I won’t take all those disgusting act.
