Respected Sir/Madam,
I am taking loan from Ucash company. Many times i took loan and repay the cash correctly as per terms and conditions. I will make payment on due date only. But before that one person make a call several times, torture me to settle the amount within half an hour, otherwise your contacts will get your aadhar photo, your loan information etc. But i politely ask him i will make moeny within today evening. But he doesn’t consider my words, he take one of my contacts number, and illegal words he used, and given wrong information about me, he threaten them, he use abnormal words. See, i am taking loan, i am responsible for that, otherwise the time limit exceeds day wise means they take action, but they rudely doing such nonsense things, and send me the bad words whatsapp. I will settle the amount within 4’o clock. If i am not paying means he contact my contacts, suppose i settle the loan means he will intimate na, they are worrying and fear about the call. They know the police inspector residing their neighbour, they forward and record his call what he spoke to them. The police officer ask me why cheap they behave for the repayment? The person who call me indecently and using bad words is 9632319651. After my repayment i will make a call to this person to intimate the repayment, but he doesn’t answer properly, they told share market or otherthing else. I am totally vexed, due to this issue, my family totally suffer and bad impression created by him. For whom i will make a complaint? I dont know. kindly do something about this issue. many people suffer because of this problem. They are lenders we are borrowers that’s it. If suppose the borrower do anything wrong means they react like this. But for genuine customer especially female person, they dealt wrongly, abusing words, indecent behaviour,
