Text of Complaint by Kiran:

  • I’ve been to Airtel store of Geeta Colony, Delhi (6/14, Geeta Colony, Near 7 Block Gurudwara, New Delhi-110031) and was totally blunder. It was the worst experience. The staff here is so bad. There’s a sikh guy named Sunny, he is so manner less and unskilled. I wanted to port my Vodafone number to Airtel and wanted to keep my number prepaid, but unfortunately I took my problem to him and he made mistakes 3-4 times during the whole process, I waited for 16 days for the whole process to be completed. First he entered my number wrongly, then he didn’t provide me full and correct details and he ended with porting my number to postpaid rather than keeping it prepaid. I first contacted him through whatsapp to resolve my queries, what he did was he blocked me. Then I went to the store with my younger brother he didn’t even accept his single mistake and constantly blaming System, operator, company and even customer i.e. me, but not himself. He has no manners to talk with the customer and foremostly with a woman, he was so loud and disrespectful. He used uttery poor, cheap and abusive language. He even openly gave threats to my brother and used abusive language with us in front of all staff members. Even no one was stopping him. There was totally Gundagardi there. It was very bad experience. I’m gonna take actions against him with relevant proofs. And soon gonna quit the Airtel services.
