Text of Complaint by GAURAV DUBEY:

split ac) leakage of water occured in my AC. After calling several times in your blue star service centre situated in Farrukhabad, noone receives calls. When i called several times, one of your service executive named Anurag received call and started arguing with my wife, and said ” suno pehle, tameej se baat kro, jo karna hai kar lo appki AC sahi nahi karwauga, rakho phone.” Is this the behaviour you do with your customers.
    I just wanna asked to you what kinda behaviour is teached to your executives. I am going to take serious legal action against your service centre if i dont get appology letter from your executive named Anurag for my wife Kratika Dubey.
