Text of Complaint by Hemant Suresh dahale:

I want a raise complaint against call centre employees because they provide me wrong information specially on last call her name quinat as she said . She told me if I send my employee to Airtel store to register my complaint they will not accept my complaint. And I am having a problem with my network and internet so I call to the call centre so it will take 48 hours . If you people can’t solve my issue then why should I pay for service it’s an useless service you were providing to me . I got lots of loss because of your call centres and your Airtel store which is established in jalgaon near to stadium complex . I ask for her for her employee name and employee number but she refused to tell her employee number. Because of this issue i got very much loss because of your use less call centres employee. I am paying atleast 3000 per month for my service can’t you people resolve my problem . When i request them give me the information about porting my number and my family pack and my office connection they didn’t give me the right information. I will raise this issue court. Thanks
