Text of Complaint by Shreeya Jain:

I currently have idea postpaid sim corporate plan. I wanted to port it to Airtel prepaid plan. The concerned person Mr Nilesh Dabi was unable to port the sim properly. It got rejected thrice. I had to go to his office for 5 times and still he was unable to send correct porting request. Also he didn’t pick my phone when I asked to him to confirm why this issue is coming. Also. Again I went to his office for 6 th time and he misbehaved with me. I have already paid him 300 rs. for which i have asked him to return me by cancelling the port. I wanted to port to Airtel because of its good network and service but my experience was very bad. The concerned person not only picked my call after trying multiple times aslo he misbehaved with me. I had to go to Airtel office for 5-6 times. I would rather prefer idea or jio now because of such behaviour. Also, i have not received my 300 rs yet.
