I had a return order to pickup on 1st August 2023 the delivery agent wasn’t willing to deliver the item to the doorstep, and keep calling me while i had a important work just after back to back call from him i called him back and said sorry for not attending and requested him to come up to pickup which i shouldn’t be sorry or request him for this in the point
He started abusing with bad manner and scolding me for not attending the call.

See the picture of call progress from my phone, the whole 1 minute he is disrespectful and abusive.

Who is not even used my door bell to deliver and standing in a corner of a road what’s the sense of safe doorstep delivery service here?
I lost my patience and said about rule’s is you have to deliver it to doorstep he got angry and started abusing with vulgar language saying dont teach me rules
Even i said that im gonna complaint against this behaviour still he is not worried about it and said okay for it
It shows the carelessness and fearless mindset on the legal process
With this attitude he can do anything by coming days

I have raised complaint with Meesho but they aren’t interested and neither serious on the case
That’s why these people showing this attitude with customers

This is a security and is a threat, since they are vulgar and are abusing and using foul language, they can do anything tomorrow.
