I Sachin Sharma credit card holder from KOTAK mahindra bank due to dues collection guys called and acknowledge me about pendency but they started harass me by sending fake notices on whatsapp that some FIR has been launched and inspection charges will adjusted IN my bill it was fake. And last 8th March an executive from Noida office KOTAK start abusing me threatening me to raid my home with police what infinity they have in logo
Very bad bank worst possible customer care.
