I have two jio prepaid sim. I recharge unlimited pack in one number .24th may 2022 at 6.51 pm in the evening a tele caller from kanthi,east midnapur(WB) called me for recharge my another number, but i told her i won’t becoz of bad network connectivity in my location.
She lied me that there was good network condition, but that was wrong enough today i faced so many time network error condition and call drop condition, so for i called her for told that she was wrong,.But i faced such a rude behaviour from her and she cut off the phone with using a slang languages.
I called in previous so many times in jio care for take a necessary action for improvement the network condition and internet service, but i did not get any type of improvement . My present location is kanthi-3 block,east medinipur(WB)
