Text of Complaint by Dennis Jacob:

We are working individuals who come late from work. We were not informed of curfew restrictions when moving in. On 12.04.2023 when we reached late from work and went out for dinner at 11.40pm (the gate was open then). When we returned in 30 minutes (12:30 approx) the gate was closed. On calling the caretaker he refused to open the gate and was even rude. After one hour of continuous calls and pestering he finally sent students in the pg to open the gate. We went to talk to the caretaker who continued to talk inappropriately and asked us to leave next morning.
