I have booked a Jio fiber connection on 6th may 2023 online and received a call by this Jio team member. I made the full payment for 6 months and told to get the service line fixed in 24 hours. There was some issue that they did not fix it in 10 days and I contacted him several times. On 16th may, I called him and asked for the resolution or refund and then he misbehaved (Yelled) and said “I didn’t come to you, you submitted the request, paid the bill online not to me. do whatever you want”.
