I went to recharge to airtel store, uttarahalli , Bengaluru. I waited 15minutes in front of the recharge counter and asked for recharge no one attending.

Then I asked anyone is there for recharge one person replayed rudely saying wait no one is free , then I asked I am waiting past 15min no one is attending, then replayed again rudely they won’t ask customers what they want.

When they are free they will attend customers. Then I asked what he is, he is manager of uttarahalli airtel store.
