Day before yesterday we placed an order, whose tracking ID – 266341850944.
We have placed this order but due to typing error wrong address got mentioned.
We got the number on your Amazon delivery guy – +918799780988, as wrong address was our mistake we tried calling him and asked to tell us the location so that we can come and collect our order but that guy started yelling and used abusive language. We were insisting him to tell his location so that we can go n collect it.
Rather then understanding he started abusive language and said don’t call, I am not bothered for ur product, go and complain to Amazon and disconnected the call.
This behavior is not acceptable from a Amazon end, we were not asking your guy to come and deliver, we were going to collect.
Looking into it and resolve. That order was supposed to be delivered by yesterday and till today we don’t have any status.
It’s is like Amazon is on mercy of delivery boys that’s why they do not respect customers.
