The Customer care executive named Soma Bauri has misbehaved while she was unable to provide the proper resolution. I’ve been using this number since last around 12 years or more and never call to customer care without any reason. The lady has not minimum etiquette to talk to anybody. Even if when I was trying to make her understand, she became more rude and talking to me like an illiterate. This is very disappointing.
