Date 23 06 18 i was going to Vodafone care palanpur dist Banaskantha Gujarat for Change my Postpaid plan to prepaid a girl age about 23 years sitting at care she is demand me Rs.560 rs to make this plan postpaid to prepaid when I asking the receipt she is laughing at me and said the receipt not provide for this when I asking for rules of this amount she said me in gujarati ” NAHI MALE TAMARA THI JE THAY E KARI LO ” i again asking the manager of this office she again laughing and insulting me i asking the man name ASLAM he also insulting me and said i am not any thing
