It was really disappointed to know the bus that we boarded bearing regd no UP81CT7998. last night 20th August 2023 from phagwara to gurugram was really disgusting. Behaviour of both bus driver n conductor was rude and very arrogant. Water bottle provided late night around 1.30 am when I complained. No blankets available to protect from chilled AC of bus. Curtains are unhygienic and dirty. Rash driving by bus driver. One dhaba where the bus stops at night was extremely unhygienic. When reached Delhi , local passengers were boarded from Dhaula kuan, Karolbagh to gurugram making a huge rush inside. The bus was stopped by Delhi traffic police when entered Delhi and stopped for more than 30 minutes. The both driver and conductors need to be terminated immediately for their such ridiculous behaviour to fellow passengers. I will never go by your bus service nor ask my friends or family to board rather preferably intercity service which have excellent staffs and good ser the route of Punjab.
