I did recently on 14-Dec-2022 time 11:40 am connect with Airtel customer care at about my services stopping on my postpaid number, she behaves with me very rude, she was not able to authenticate of my number, email id, and address which I told her for authentication when she was not able to check my authentication, then I said to her please transfer my call to her manager, and when my call transfer to her manager then I told the same authentication and got success, so I have some argue why last customer care not able to authenticate me, I was shocked again manager her behavior also was not good ..She Said like..Sun lo meri baat pahle tum..very rude word..she also said like…Kutte ki tarah bhoka jaa rha h…this is too much all customer care were laughing behind the voice I clearly listen to these words.. So I need to complain airtel’s customer care behavior.
