I have using my RBL credit card Credit Card no – 5369077368624245

I am using RBL credit card from last year June 2019 I regularly pay my all dues, but this time I fail to pay my dues beacuase of COVID 19,covid 19 I lost my job and I am suffering lots of financial issues and problems, but this situation this bank recovery manger Mr.Mr. Joshi- 9152892452 / 9152885205 mental harassment me and my family they are put pressure on me pay to payment,daily 25-30 call received for both of us, I request to them give me some time I pay ur all dues when I get job but they are not understand Mr. Aditya joshi using extreme explicit language and abuse language with me and my family members and pressure to customers to pay due if not we seating at ur house and bit you and your family members regarding payment ,He call me 19/11/2020 at 8.45 pm late night
Please take a action against him . they are really using high harrshmet on customer I give that person name Mr. Aditya Joshi- 9152892452 / 9152885205 please take action against them as per RBI rule they are not pressure on any customers till Dec in Covid situationsand he called me at 8.45 pm late night but they are break the rules and harreshment to customers please give me justice.
