Hello,
My name is anamika sharma. I had placed an order from meesho of Rs. 253 white jagging which I had to return this. My return was approved with pickup tracking id. 5688655413. Pick up boy was to come for delivery on thursday from ecom express and he might have been calling since 3 days. His name is Saurabh Sonkar and I was on my duty medical department and my cellphone gets submitted during office time. Because of this I could not receive the call and today when I called back him. Mr. Saurabh sonker started shouting at me. Even I am shocked why he is shouting and this is how to talk to customer. I didn’t like it at all. I also told him that you do not have manners. What to talk about and he was shouting a lot, saying. Madam you are not picking up my call. You are not at home. I am calling you for otp. I said to him that firstly reach to my home pickup the product then after that I tell you otp but you did not reach to my home and come home, I would have talked to my mother. This is not the first return. I have did many returns but never face this kind of issue that before reaching the home pickup boy ask for otp by call. I want to complain against Mr. Saurabh Sonkar. He was not good at all. He was shouting so much too much on me. I am attaching his profile picture also. His phone number is 9648157716.
