I’ve done my initial payment for airtel broadband on April 9, 2021. According to their policy, they promised to install the router and other accessories on the same day or on the next day. But today it’s April 13, 2021, when I reach out to the airtel employee who used to call me and visit me for the installation is now not attending my call. When he attended, he was giving me fake promises and he asked me to pay another ₹9800 for airtel mother box. But now he asks me to pay another ₹9800 or else he won’t do the installation. This is the response I’m getting from the employee. I never expected airtel to have these third rated criminals as their employee. His number: 6366645769.
I’ve paid ₹6700 + ₹9800 in total. I request to complete the installation at the earliest and dismiss such employees who fails to understand the meaning of commitment. Such employees will be only a dead weight and shame to airtel.
